# Settings

Set up your Easy Console to suit your individual needs and design it to best suit your working style.

## Create a View

Create a new view that you want to use during a call. Customize the view to your individual needs and give it a suitable name so that you can access it quickly at any time.

Once the views have been created, you can assign the individual employee to a view

To make more contacts available than the contacts from the EntraID, you must have the product **Easy Directory** in use
{% endhint %}

## Planner Configuration

In the Planner configuration, you can define the desired plan and the appropriate bucket. The tasks with the relevant call information are then automatically created in this bucket, ensuring structured and efficient tracking.
