# Purchase licenses Subscription purchasing and recurrent billing is processed by Microsoft's standard checkout process. This app uses a concurrent licensing model. Please refer to the[Broken mention](broken://pages/e38N0WfTqMsAwVKssbFL) page for a detailed explanation. You can purchase licenses for *Easy Console* [via Microsoft App Source](https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/checkout/twincapfirstag1583404600025.easyconsole). 4. Choose how much licenses you want to purchase (at least 5) and proceed to Checkout

5. Enter your e-mail address and press "Next". After the purchasing you will receive on this e-mail the invitation to the installation wizard.

6. Enter your six-digit code, which you will receive on your e-mail

7. Enter your account details and press "Next"

8. Enter your billing adress and press "Next"

9. Select you payment method

10. You see now an overview over all your details. You have to agree to the **Terms of Service** and **Privacy Policy** to finish the purchasing process

11. After the purchase of Easy Console you will be redirected to the Admin configuration interface, where you can see the license you have purchased

Now you can start with the installation of Easy Console

After you finished the purchase you have to press **"Configure SaaS account"** to activate the license 8. You will be forwarded to our activation site. # Installation Guide ## Download Easy Console App Manifest {% file src="/files/60cvbpjooUJptTe9020B" %} Easy Console App Manifest {% endfile %} ## Step-by-Step Installation Guide 1. Download the Easy Console App Manifest from this website to your local machine 2. Open the [Microsoft Teams Admin Center](https://admin.teams.microsoft.com) and log in there with a user which has the Role of a **Global Administrator** 3. Navigate to the **“Manage Apps”** in the Teams Admin Center

4. Upload the App Manifest from Easy Console to the Teams Admin Center. This app manifest was previously downloaded to your local device in step 1

5. After the app manifest has been successfully added, check if the app is available and open it

6. Navigate to **“Permissions”** and grant all required permissions **(Use a Global Administrator account to grant the permissions.).**

7. Check whether the permissions have been granted correctly

8. Navigate to the **“Setup Policy”** and creat a new setup policy (You can also customize an existing policy).

9. Add the **“Easy Console”** app

10. Add Easy Console to the **“Calling”** app as an extension

11. Save the policy 12. Navigate to **“Manage User”** and select the user who is to use Easy Console

## Notes Easily create notes during an ongoing call to capture important information. You can forward these notes directly to a colleague or save them as a task in Microsoft Planner so that all relevant details are captured and seamlessly integrated into your workflow.

## Choose your views Create individual views to see in real time whether the person you want is available during a call. With just one click, you can directly start a chat, make a call or send an email with the prepared notes to ensure fast and efficient communication.

## Call history {% hint style="danger" %} You must have Easy Call Report in use for this feature {% endhint %} During the call, you can immediately see which people the caller has previously spoken to and what these conversations were about. This gives you valuable contextual information for efficient and targeted communication.

# Settings Set up your Easy Console to suit your individual needs and design it to best suit your working style. ## Create a View Create a new view that you want to use during a call. Customize the view to your individual needs and give it a suitable name so that you can access it quickly at any time.

Once the views have been created, you can assign the individual employee to a view {% hint style="danger" %} To make more contacts available than the contacts from the EntraID, you must have the product **Easy Directory** in use {% endhint %}

## Planner Configuration In the Planner configuration, you can define the desired plan and the appropriate bucket. The tasks with the relevant call information are then automatically created in this bucket, ensuring structured and efficient tracking.

## E-mail Template Create a template for all emails that you send via the Easy Console. This allows you to capture the most important information in a standardized way and forward it efficiently to save time and optimize communication.

Why is Easy Console not visible in the Teams call window?

Easy Console is an in-call experience. Microsoft only supports the following types of calls: * **PSTN calls** from the public network (i.e., with a phone number) * **Intra-tenant Teams calls** (i.e., when user A calls user B in the same tenant using Teams) * **Intra-tenant group calls** (i.e., users from the same tenant) What doesn't work: * All **BOT-generated calls** (e.g., via Easy Calling or another contact center solution) * All **cross-tenant Teams and group calls** (i.e., when user A in tenant A calls user B in tenant B)

The name resolution is not displayed immediately in Easy Console although the contact is stored in Outlook

Name resolution in Easy Console is directly dependent on the synchronization between Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Therefore, it may happen that new contacts are recognized immediately, while in other cases the name resolution only works after several hours. This depends on when this synchronization process is completed. There are also differences between the browser and desktop versions of Microsoft Teams. Depending on the platform, synchronization can take place at different times.

Why are the views from Easy Directory not displayed?

Only the “static” views from the Easy Directory are displayed in Easy Console.

# Known Issues

Call cannot be forwarded directly

Microsoft does not currently offer the option of accessing Teams call control directly. The Easy Console window size cannot be enlarged in the browser version

Microsoft has defined a predefined area for any applications within an active call and this cannot be changed manually. We have forwarded this request to Microsoft and this problem will be fixed in a new version of Teams

No new call can be made from Easy Console

Due to a bug in Mircrosoft Teams, no new call can be started during an active call using the API. The request to start a new call is sent correctly by Easy Console but the call destination does not receive a notification for a new call. We have reported this bug to Microsoft and we are working on fixing it as soon as possible
